Interference
HI, I think I know the answer to this question but I need to ask it.
I have 2 radio, 3 antennas a mixer, 4 monitor speakers (active) a compressor and 2 computers. My office/shack is small, 11' x 8', the 2 vertical antennas are just above the office window, the GR5V is about 50 ft away in the garden.
When I key up on either radio the speakers go mad with noise and the computer screens jump about, I am using 10 to 100w, is this a common problem?

As you can see from the above image things are on top of each other, just to the left is a PC and to the right Is a mac.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Sounds like you have RF on your outer braid of your coax, If you put a 1:1 current choke balun near to your g5rv it should solve it. It did for me. There is loads of info online on building one but I bought one of these
