    Default Question about an end fed antenna from a noob

    Hello all!
    I have an Ultimax DXtreme 33’ end fed antenna. I want to mount it vertically to a fiberglass telescoping pole. My question is- would winding the antenna around the pole be okay? The pole is 20’ but I can only get up around 10’ high. I could mount it horizontally on the roof eve which is about 25’ but I would have to double it back. Which would be the better way? Thanks and 73!

    Roof eve would be better and let the end hang in an inverted "L" configuration and you should do fine.
