    Default 4.005 MHz

    I finally stumbled on a site that explains the mysterious fsk signals on 4.005MHz. I looked and looked last year and found nothing. This year i find something a few years old about Stanag-4481

    It is supposedly out of Davidsonville, MD for encrypted shore to ship comms.
