The Argonaut is a nice QRP radio and sold for around $250 new. If it is still working good, I would say a fair price is around $80. There is a Model 210 Power Supply on Ebay for $60. So I would offer it at $40. The other accessories together should add another $30 to the price. So, altogether, I would say around $150 for everything.

But you might pay more in shipping than it's worth. I just shipped a FT-991A and a MFJ-4245MV Switching Power Supply and it cost me $140, including insurance. If you only advertise it for local pickup, or sell it at a ham fest, you can save a lot of money on shipping.
