Default Help in identifying components for Pixie kit

    Hi,

I am new to building kit and have bought a pixie kit (https://files.banggood.com/2016/SKU4...r%20Manual.pdf). I am having a lot of trouble telling the two the legged triodes apart, for sure this will not work if I put them in the wrong places.

Can anyone advise me how to do this. They have some very faint markings on the flat side but they are so small and very faint.

I have the same transceiver, but the kit with out the Perspex case:

Q1 is marked 9018. No, it's not very clear, I had to use a magnifying glass to read the markings.
    Q2 is *something* 050...

Thanks for your reply, yes the markings are exceptionally difficult to see, they do not stand out against the black background either, Is there any other way, I wanted this to be a cheep project unless I can find a very cheep magnifying glass this is becoming problematic.

    thanks again

Can you take a picture of them, side by side, and post it here? We might be able to distinguish between the two.
