Question Ramsey FM100B: any legal use for it?

I have an old Ramsey FM100B stereo FM (88 - 108Mhz) transmitter kicking around, and i was wondering if there was a legal (USA) use for it?

Given that the FCC declared the Ramsey transmitters and amplifiers illegal and filed an NAL against the company in 2006, I would doubt it. That frequency band is the same as the FM broadcast band in the US so I would imagine there were declared illegal because of potential interference issues.

It might make a nice display piece, however.

well, huh. no wonder i got it so cheap a while back on eBay. i figured where it was the 25mW version, as opposed to the 1W version, that it was under part 15. oh well, maybe it will make a neat conversation piece.
anyway, thanks for the document link.
