    Default Ham Radio Go Kit

I am researching this and there is quite a bit of information out there on this subject. Minimum list, 24 hour kit and 72 hour kit, you name it it's listed somewhere. I already have a bag I can use as a 24 hour or 72 hour kit so no problem there. Lugging the thing around on a regular basis isn't a good idea as it's an old 17" laptop bag with wheels. Too big for a minimum kit. So I started shopping around for a smaller backpack type option. It pays to shop around and research something like that. I found the perfect backpack for me and my minimum kit on four different websites. Same backpack with same photos and same descriptions but not the same price. Amazon, Newegg, and Walmart list the price as $17.50. Newegg and Walmart offer free shipping Amazon does not. The fourth website was through ebay by Overstock.com, they're asking $47.94 for the backpack. I am glad I saw that last.

Here's the link if anyone is interested in seeing this backpack. https://www.walmart.com/ip/YM-BPK-MA...k-Pro/37394183

Has anyone else put together a go kit/bug out (boyfriend is in process of his gun bug out bag)? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? They would be appreciated!

Please be patient with me, I will be adding links hopefully soon. Since I started this I've had 2 computers that had to restored, the roof needed emergency repairs, I had to study for the Technician exam among lots of other things. I passed the test Thursday and am currently waiting for my call sign to appear.

We both have to send our primary computers off to the manufacturers for repairs. We think we've fixed the new water heater problem. I did order the backpack linked above but from Amazon and it should get here today. I should be able to upload pics tomorrow or Friday.

I pickup my laptop today and can soon take pictures of my go kit with it. And hopefully list everything I have/need in my Personal 24 hour go kit.

Sorry guys. Everything I have to deal with just got a little more complicated by starting a full time job unexpectedly. I promise I will soon get pictures taken and posted. I was hoping to today but then got asked to work today which when it's all said and done that will make 8 straight days this week. Thanks for understanding and for being patient.
