    Default Using Irish Repeaters

Hope you can help....I'm often operating in NW Wales and can easily access 2M Irish Repeaters...by doing so, am I in breach of my foundation licence conditions?

    Thanks

    David

    Hello David,

    And welcome to the forum.

It is refreshing to see somebidy making enquiries before proceeding when in doubt

As long as you stick to your power limit, I don't see any issues. You are allowed to use echolink, which uses repeaters all over the world, so I don't see this being any different.

    Kind regards,

    Phil

    Thanks for the advice Phil,

Yes - logically I had thought it would be fine..but then knowing are things often are, I thought there might be a 'gotcha'!

I manage to get in on 5w normally.

    Again thanks

    David
