Default Looking for software to demodulate 19k2

I'm interested in demodulating 19k2 packet data from a soundcard based usrp that I will have attached to my computer so that I can listen to amateur satellite broadcasts, and I'd appreciate some input on software choices.

I'm thinking of using something like Soundmodem or Mixw, but I was wondering if there were any linux programs that handled this sort of thing. Any specific recommendations? I'm also open to hardware solutions for this.

    Thanks!

UZ7HO has a decoder http://uz7.ho.ua/packetradio.htm that supports 19200 but Windows.. However there is direwolf https://github.com/wb2osz/direwolf but I think it maxes out at 9600.. you might have to make something custom within the likes of GNU Radio if you have a USRP.
