HamRadioForum is a family friendly website and our forums are a place for positive discussions about Amateur Radio and maybe a wide range of other topics. Swearing, rudeness and other forms of abuse will not be tolerated. If you don't like the rules, please post your comments someplace else. We will not listen to complaints about these rules.
These rules will be enforced by the site admins & moderators. It is their job to keep these forums clean and friendly. Topics and comments may be locked, deleted or edited and members may be banned temporarily or permanently due to bad behaviour. Our decision is final in these matters.
We don't want to limit what people have as usernames, but where possible it would be nice to have you use your Ham Radio callsign.
If you wish to use Chat and your callsign starts with a number eg 2E0TZO or 9H0WW you must have an underscore before the first number eg _2E0TZO or _9H0WW.
This is not something we like, but the chatroom we use runs on IRC platform and this is a built in limitation.
