Kenwood RC-D710 LCD Replacement

Hi All,

I have a little problem, accidentally dropped my Kenwood Rc-D710 that I use for APRS mainly, there is now a lovely crack along the LCD display, the drop only seems to of effected the screen itself. My question is does anyone on here know where I could possibly get a replacement screen? and perhaps any tips on how to replace it would be great. Sorry about the stupid questions but im a little rusty on the hardware side of things.

Contact Kenwood to find out where/how much the part is, fit it yourself.
Otherwise, send it in to your nearest Kenwood service centre.

I wouldn't think there'd be much to it, other than taking off a hundred screws and a few multipin headers...
