Articles on Antennas

I have clever UK G3 friend who often gets his articles on Antennas published such as in the RSGB RADCOM, and the Practical Wireless Magazines etc. But the PW now only accepts such material by the cumbersome method of wasting a blank CD, with just his small DOC file etc and posting it. They no longer accept submissions by email.

Can anyone suggest links to other magazines anywhere in the world willing to accept and pay for suitable articles on Antennas etc by the normal email method please? My elderly friend does not use a PC so I have to use OCR software to convert his typing etc into DOC and JPG files, which he of course carefully proof reads.

Have you considered a rewritable disc with return postage? although it does seem a rather odd way to exchange data nowadays. 25 years ago, sending floppies through the post was normal, but we have the internet for that now.

Ask your friend if he would consider posting the articles on this site for us, there might not be any money in it, but they certainly would be tried out.

Thanks I will ask him. Actually he often sends me articles for our monthly News Letter for http://www.radioclubs.net/herc/ But this one is a bit more important dealing with Fractal Antennas. I doubt he expects to receive a great deal of payement.
