I am currently a college student and my college has a radio station which I am planning on using a lot. The address which is on my license, however, is my permanent home address. If I work a station while at college, which address should I put on my QSL card, the address that is on my license and associated with my call sign or the address of the station where I actually made the contact?

Also, from what I have seen, most people don't record their own location in their station log, just the location of the station they worked. What if you work stations from different locations like I will be (home and school or even when I'm on vacation or something)? Any thoughts on including this info in the station log?
