CWget http://www.dxsoft.com/en/products/cwget/ is a good decoder, but I can't remember if it can send.
MultiPSK http://multipsk.eqth.info/ on the other hand, can do most things, it's not the prettiest, or the simplest GUI, but it does work...
Does anyone know of a good programme that could be used instead of a manual key? I know years ago some RTTY equipment had a CW option.
I'm not looking for CW training software as I have G4FON and Just Learn Morse Code already loaded.
What I'm looking to do is try out a QPR CW transceiver but use a notebook instead of a CW key.

Thanks Dem the French one does look to have everything but because its French looks a bit complicated, I had a look at the CwGet v2.25 and found CwType v2.10 to go with it so sorted: http://www.dxsoft.com/en/products/cwtype/
Just need to find a USB lead that will fit most rigs (possibly a FT857D or FT817 - I am on the look out for a cheap CW one band transceiver so maybe a way of connected the notebook to that).

Can you use VOX?
A new(er) notebook will not have a serial port, so you'll need a USB to SERIAL lead to use this:-
