Thanks Demetrius, I now have the manual so I will be able to make up a basic mic. The original mic for the radio has a lot of functions. It takes 13v from the radio to switch the radio on and off. It has a VFO / memory button, up and down, call, squelch, key lock, direct entry keypad, and has a DTMF tones; so I would really like to get hold of an original mic. If anybody out there know where I could get one, or if anybody has one for sale, I would be really grateful for them to email me. Many Thanks Russ M6 RUZ
