At the risk of appearing as a spamming newbie, I'd like to promote a new forum designed to make finding answers easier, called Electronics & Robotics. We're trying to increase the number of RF specialists and EE's. The hacker/maker community (read: Arduino & company) contributes regularly, and there are a handful of EE's, but more difficult electronics and most RF questions are given little attention -- could you help out with that?

My example: How to approach designing a 30GHz bandpass filter?
(I understand there is no ham use in the SHF bands, but still think this group is better equipped to answer a question of this calibre.)
