Good day

I have one Icom IC-M710 but is locked only in marine bands.Thsi equipment is out of service onboard but working perfectly with his antenna coupler AT 120.
Im radio amateur,captain of one tanker ship and I need to open all bands to get access to radio amateur frecuencies.I know that there are two diodes to be removed but ignore which are.
I have the service manual.
Can somebody to assist me. It is a pitty such equipment remains inoperative.Marine bands are not used any more on baord vessels due the existence of GMDSS syem and specially the e-mail by land modems or sat.
