Does anyone know the actual (versus speculation) reason there is a month long delay once the vanity license is in an almost immediate "pending" phase? The original license is given very quickly. From a "due diligence" or security aspect, logic says the original license should be the one that needs to be scrutinized, not the Vanity modification. Any knowledge on this? Thx
