Avatar and Signature troubles

I'm apparently unable to change my avatar. I know the image file is within the limits.

Also, I'm trying to edit my current signature and keep getting a message that it's too many lines.

Hi Tom, I have tweaked some settings (still new to vBulletin), so have given a bigger filesize allowance, and changed the lines from 2 to 6 lines.

Still not able to upload my avatar. It is a .jpg file 120x100 and only 4.17kb in size.

I get a "vBullettin Message" that says, "Unable to save image."

Only things I changed were the size of upload, and the properties on the Avatar Folder on the server.

I tried on my own Avatar, and this worked with old or new server settings, so not sure which one actually allowed the change, but glad it worked.
