100khz shift on a 10 meter converted uniden uniace

I wonder if anyone can help i have got a uniden uniace thats been converted to ten fm buts as you know most of it is repeater inputs and outputs radio covers 29.310 29.700 so so its more or less usless with out the 100khz shift.So does anybody know how a 100 khz shift can be attained using this little radio ?I know its a long shot and realy i have plenty of REAL hf rigs but its good to play lol

The frequency is controlled by IC2, a programmable PLL Frequency Synthesizer (http://www.radiomods.co.nz/integratedci ... c9106.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false. I guess you could map the input levels compared to the channel number. Then knock up some sort of board that switches in when TXing, and sends the required code to the PLL.

I once did a similar hack to a marine VHF radio, so that it could get CH0.

thanks for your reply i will try and figure out the pin coding then see if i can drop it by 10channels on tx give me something to do over the weekend
