    Default TM-741A

    Hello All,
I was given a 741A it has no audio out put and when attempting to transmit it is not drawing any current.
In short no transmit at all, I have no way of testing each indivdual modual which is 144,440,220.
Has anyone got any ideas where to start trouble shooting

    Thank's

Could be a menu function to inhibit transmit??

If nothing at all is showing when you use extenal power, check the diode next to the socket, it's quite likely it's been wired up reverse polarity and blown the pants off it.

Take it apart and check the obvious things, wires still attatched to speaker etc...
