Given RSGB has a members deal on atm i'm looking into one of these as a replacement for my VX-3.
The loss of 70cm operation on /p isn't playing on my mind.
Anyone own or used one of these?
MW6 DAV/P & /M mostly at the moment

I am very new to amateur radio so have nothing to compare it to. I have just bought one of these through the RSGB offer. It seems to be a good rugged handheld but I am having difficulty programming it. See the following topic that I posted today....
