Hello all ,
Can anyone tell me what kind of antenne i could use for working on 160meter ?
At the moment i have a FD4 antenne for working on 40 and 80 meter . Can i use this antenna for 160 with some mods ?
Keep in mind that i don't have such a big garden .

A couple of friends of mine use a "1/4 wave vertical" for top-band.
I have never built one of these antenna (yet) but they are supposedly very easy.

I still use this system and also made one for portable use using a fibre glass pole. Sean

Ive seen those cobra antennas before i also read they shouldnt work but they do! Some one siad the way its loaded ie zig zag it would cancel its self out but if they work then there wrong! Always find it interesting how others go about topband in tight spaces and before i built something dedicated my endfed wires of the back of the ATU never seemed to recieve much. Oh well im there now. Sean / M0GIA
