741A Lithium battery

Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement for my 741's 3V CR2430 Lithium battery. Digi-key only has the CR2430 without PCB legs.

PacParts, Inc has two batteries listed for your radio but I'm not sure if it's what you are looking for since I'm not familiar with your radio.

My service manual says it should be W05-0394-05 at least what I can read from a bad pdf I have.
Since w09-0394-05 is close I'm going to give it a try, wish me luck!
