hello everybody, this is KB3GGQ, general class, and new member of the forum. i am having a problem with my kenwood tr-2600a, i cannot figure out how to change the offset to a positive 1 mhz.... also, does this radio have pl tones? i don't have a manual and can't seem to find an online one anywhere that works. thanks in advance, ryan.
